fred cutting–academic freedom! Microevolution is OK, but not macroevolution! Rambling a bit about a book. Bad job of speaking. Questions where body patterns come from. Teaching is behind lab science. Why? writing process is one sided. ran out of time.

rev copeland-adopt standards. kids need solid grounding in science. science in science class. not threatened by what science discovers. good speaker.
