Today was my last day as a Sheriff’s Office spokesperson. Tomorrow morning will start my first day as a high school biology teacher intern. The next three months will be all about learning how to teach in a real classroom from a veteran teacher. Isn’t working toward and finally achieving goals cool? Why yes it is!
Next Saturday I will be taking the Biology Praxis exam. Any words of wisdom from any of you out there who have taken this exam before? I’ve already taken Florida’s biology teacher certification exam, which I passed. But my college also requires the Praxis for graduation. Sucks to have to take two big biology exams, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
Then at the end of the month I will be taking the Florida Professional Teacher Exam. That is the final step toward getting an official Florida teacher certification, other than getting my bachelor’s degree at the end of my internship.
