It looks like the state House has a companion creationism bill (“academic freedom act”) to match the state Senate one. It’s HB 1483 filed by D. Allen Hays.

I’m so proud….
Is anyone else having problems with the bill tracking feature or is it just me?
Another Southern Baptist, and I thought this had nothing to do with religion?
@ Egaeus – it’s just you – sorry :-(.
Would you like me to paste it for you?
Actually, it’s wasn’t just me. I have an inside source ;). My friend works for House IT, and is responsible for some of the myfloridahouse website (but not this particular part). If you have a new account (created after the most recent website deployment), and you click the Add to Tracking button in the top right of the bill text, it doesn’t work. He recreated the problem last night and let the person in charge know. Strangely enough, it’s only for new accounts, which is why they didn’t catch it.
