Anybody know anything about attending & commenting at the meeting? Will there be a sign-up list to comment in advance, or a sign-in at the meeting? If there’s a list at the meeting, how early will people need to get in line? How long will each person have to speak? Are there any specific rules for commenting?

  3. Pete Dunkelberg says:

Very likely that we sign up at the meeting, first come first served.
Speaking time: probably 3 minutes, but if there are too many people signed up they cut it to 2 minutes.

I don’t know how this will work out on a week day, but if there is time, and they may allow the meeting to run over time or it may be necessary to vacate the room, you could sign up to speak even if you arrive after lunch. Details will be forthcoming later.

We each had 2&1/2 minutes at the JAX meeting. I think that it was originally going to be 3 minutes each – but a lot of people signed up to speak.

THIS meeting looks like it will be much longer however.
