The board members clearly made themselves out to be clueless about science, and they didn&#8217;t seem to care if everyone knew it. Additionally, they whine about the resolution not really having an effect. If that&#8217;s the case, then why bother with it, folks?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Though he voted for the resolution, board member Wayne Bolla said he didn&#8217;t think there is a difference in the word concept and theory.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><font class=\"story\">Flagler College student Kristine Hoppenworth of Middleburg was in tears after the vote.     \t\t<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font class=\"story\">&#8220;They weren&#8217;t clear on what they were voting about,&#8221; she said. &#8220;They are not listening to the public, not listening to the experts.
