The creationist and climate change denying group Florida Citizens&#8217; Alliance has been encouraging their members to respond to the Associated Press article that they don&#8217;t like:\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tampabay.com\/news\/education\/New-Florida-law-expected-to-increase-conflict-over-textbooks_163016239\">New Florida law expected to increase conflict over textbooks<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The letters I&#8217;ve found so far are versions of a press release the group <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/florida-citizens-alliance-responds-to-apnews-300564430.html\">issued last month<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The bill in no way promotes a narrow ideology. It opens the conversation to everyone and welcomes factual, objective conversation about important issues.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Here&#8217;s one in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.news-journalonline.com\/opinion\/20171207\/letters-no-version-of-bill-ever-mentioned-banning-books\">Daytona Beach News Journal<\/a>, and another in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.news-journalonline.com\/opinion\/20171207\/letters-no-version-of-bill-ever-mentioned-banning-books\">Ocala Star Banner<\/a>. This is a good way for you to learn who the Alliance supporters are in your area.
