The curriculum was written, approved and ready to go for classroom use when, just a few weeks before implementation, two court cases brought everything to a screeching halt. One case was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/supremecourt\/text\/482\/578\">Edwards v. Aguillard<\/a>, and the other was <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/McLean_v._Arkansas\">McLean v. Arkansas Board of Education<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Today marks the 28th anniversary of the Edwards v. Aguillard decision, which reminded me that I had promised on the <em>Going Ape<\/em> website that I would regularly upload documents from my book research. I hadn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t done that in quite a while. So, today I dumped about 15 files about Hillsborough County&#8217;s creationism curriculum onto the page for your viewing pleasure.
