Shubin travels from the badlands of Ethiopia, where the famous hominid skeletons &#8220;Lucy&#8221; and &#8220;Ardi&#8221; were found, to a forest canopy\u00c2\u00a0in our own\u00c2\u00a0state,\u00c2\u00a0Florida, home to modern primates.
