The Department of Energy hosted its 17th annual National Science Bowl<\/a>, featuring 64 high schools and about 300 students from across the nation. The only Florida team that made it to the Nationals kicked some butt and snagged fourth place.<\/p>\n

The fourth place team was Miami Palmetto Senior High School<\/a> from Miami, Florida, including Steven Bronson, Yunxin (Joy) Jiao, Jason LaRue, Alexander Li, Phillippe Siclait and coach Dr. Susie Kamons.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
