Why should we not be surprised\u00c2\u00a0to see the\u00c2\u00a0(first of many) criticisms of the new National Science Standards<\/a>?\u00c2\u00a0Number one\u00c2\u00a0to jump on the band wagon, our old friend Casey Luskin\u00c2\u00a0at the Discovery Institute<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0who calls the inclusion of evolution, “dogmatic and inaccurate<\/a>“.\u00c2\u00a0He also throws out the old “critical thinking” canard.\u00c2\u00a0Quoting Jonathan Osbourne, Luskin\u00c2\u00a0suggests students should learn about evidence that does not support any scientific theory, including evolution. I agree. Now let’s see Luskin produce\u00c2\u00a0that\u00c2\u00a0non-supporting evidence which disproves evolution.<\/p>\n
