Once more today we have a letter to the editor entitled <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theledger.com\/article\/20100621\/EDIT02\/100629990\/1037\/edit02?Title=Knowledge-and-Theory\">&#8220;Knowledge and Theory&#8221;<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0which is so appallingly wrong it&#8217;s almost painful to read. I have responded to so much of this nonsense just lately my hands are getting tired.
