		<description>I find it appalling that that a senator could advance a bill of this nature. Is it not enshrined in the Bill of Rights, (or amendments). I hope that this bill is summarily turned down. Senator Wise, (who is anything but), should hang his head in shame for trying to impugn the educational system of Florida.</description>
